What it is

The Ariston 410660 is a thermofusible (thermal fuse) used on Ariston Eureka and Doccia Eureka gas boilers. It is rated at 15 deg and connects to the on/off switch and power cable harness. The part is specified for appliances up to December 2002.

Signs this part needs replacing

  • The boiler fails to fire or will not run at all, with no response from the on/off switch
  • The appliance cuts out repeatedly and does not restart
  • Continuity testing across the thermofusible shows an open circuit
  • Visible damage, discolouration or a broken connection at the fuse body or its harness leads
  • The boiler has overheated and the thermal fuse has operated as designed

Before you order

  • Confirm your boiler model against the fitment list above
  • Check the appliance serial number falls within the stated range for your model
  • Inspect the existing thermofusible and its harness connections to confirm the same configuration
  • Verify the fault is the thermofusible itself and not the on/off switch or wiring harness

Tell the parts assistant what it's going into — the appliance make and model, or the GC number off the data badge — and it will check this part is on the fit list.
