Before you send your list
Do I need a trade account to get a quote?+
No. Anyone can request a quote — trade account holders, one-off buyers, landlords, property managers. A trade account gives you 30-day credit terms and priority sourcing, but it is not a requirement for a quote. If you would like one, apply here — it takes about five minutes.
How long is a quote valid?+
Quotes are valid for 14 working days from the date of issue. Prices may change after that — if your project has a longer lead time, let us know and we can hold pricing for longer where possible.
Can you source parts you don't list?+
Yes. We access over 110,000 components and have established relationships with OEM suppliers and secondary distributors. If we don't stock it, we will tell you honestly — and if it exists, we will try to source it. Obsolete and discontinued parts are a particular strength.
