Fitment & compatibility
Search by part number, product name or brand — our system cross-references against our fitment database. Where the data is uncertain, a human in our technical team verifies before dispatch. You can also check the fitment tab on any product page.
OEM genuine — the original manufacturer's part. Compatible alternative — matched on specification and tested for fitment. Refurbished — used, tested, and warranted. Obsolete — no longer manufactured, sourced from specialist stock. We tell you the grade before you buy.
We strongly recommend it. Incorrectly fitted parts may void manufacturer warranties and could create safety risks. For gas appliances, a Gas Safe registered engineer is required by law.
Returns & refunds
Yes — unused parts in original packaging can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Electrical items (PCBs, gas valves, ignition components) cannot be returned once fitted. See our Delivery & Returns page for the full process.
We process refunds within 5 working days of receiving the returned item. The refund is made to your original payment method — it may take a few more days to appear depending on your bank.
Contact us immediately. We will arrange collection at our cost and send the correct item or issue a full refund — your choice. Do not attempt to fit a part you believe to be incorrect.
Trade accounts
Trade accounts get 30-day payment terms, priority sourcing on obsolete lines, a named contact who learns your van stock, and trade pricing on volume orders. See our Trade Account page for full details and to apply.
Usually one working day. We need your company details and a trade reference. Once approved, your account is live and you can start ordering on terms immediately.
Trade accounts are for businesses — heating engineers, landlords, property managers and maintenance organisations. Homeowners can order through the website without an account, or call us for one-off trade pricing on larger orders.
