What it is
The Riello 3006392 is a disc-with-ring diffuser, a combustion head component fitted to Riello RDB and G10 oil burners. It shapes the oil spray at the nozzle to give stable, efficient combustion.
Signs this part needs replacing
- Unstable, noisy or sooty flame
- Burner locks out on ignition or overheat faults linked to poor combustion
- Visible corrosion, distortion or carbon build-up on the diffuser
Before you order
- Confirm the exact burner and boiler model before ordering, as diffusers vary between RDB4 and RDB4.2
- Isolate the electrical and oil supply before replacing the part
- Have combustion re-checked by a competent oil-heating engineer (OFTEC) after fitting
