What it is

The Andrews Z234 pilot assembly is a natural gas pilot burner assembly used in Andrews water heaters and HI FLO appliances. It provides the standing pilot flame that ignites the main burner. This is a gas-carrying component and must be fitted by a competent person.

Signs this part needs replacing

  • The pilot flame will not light or will not stay lit once the button or ignition cycle is released.
  • The pilot flame is weak, unstable or noticeably yellow rather than a steady blue.
