What it is

This is the Gledhill 3-port mixing valve, part number XC005, supplied complete with ZB014 pipework. It blends hot and cold water on Gledhill Electramate 2000 and Gulfstream 2000 cylinder installations to control the temperature delivered to the outlets.

Signs this part needs replacing

  • Outlet water temperature drifts away from the expected blend
  • Hot or cold fluctuations at outlets fed by the cylinder
  • Water running consistently hotter or cooler than intended
  • Weeping or leaks from the valve body or its connections
  • Reduced flow through the valve from scale or debris build-up

Before you order

  • Confirm the appliance is a Gledhill Electramate 2000 or Gulfstream 2000 model
  • Check the existing valve is a 3-port type and that ZB014 pipework is fitted
  • Inspect the pipe runs and connections before removal so the replacement can be matched up
  • Have the part number XC005 to hand when ordering
