What it is
The Hager WMSSU83FO is a 13A fused connection unit fitted with a switched flex outlet, part of Hager's range of wiring accessories. It provides a fused, switched supply point for fixed wiring feeding an appliance or piece of equipment through a flexible cord. The flex outlet allows the cable to leave the unit directly, rather than terminating at a plug and socket.
Before you order
- Confirm a 13A fused connection unit suits the load, and select a fuse rating to match the appliance being supplied.
- Check that a switched flex outlet is the required configuration rather than an unswitched fused spur.
- Verify the mounting arrangement and back box compatibility on site before fitting.
- Installation must be carried out by a competent person in accordance with current wiring regulations.
