What it is
The VBS147 is Grant's high limit thermostat, set at 110°C with manual reset (Grant designation "SBSC"). It is a safety device that cuts the burner circuit if the boiler water temperature reaches its set point, and must be manually reset once the fault causing the overheat has been cleared.
