The VBS109 is Grant's flexible condensate hose, fitted between the condensate trap and the boiler body on external (outdoor) Vortex boiler models.

- Cracking, splitting, or a hardened/brittle hose
- A blocked or restricted hose causing condensate backup or boiler lockouts
- Visible sagging or a hose pulled loose from its fitting
Before you order
- Confirm your boiler is an external (outdoor) Vortex model before ordering VBS109 — internal models use a different hose (VBS107)
- Isolate the boiler and drain any standing condensate before removing the hose
- Check the condensate trap and drain route are clear at the same time
