What it is
The Grant VBS08 is a pressure gauge supplied for Grant Vortex ECO wall hung condensing oil boilers. It provides a visual reading of system pressure so the boiler can be checked and set correctly during servicing or fault finding. This version has a dark finish.
Signs this part needs replacing
- The needle no longer moves, or sits permanently at zero regardless of system pressure
- The reading is erratic or jumps when the boiler is running
- The dial face is clouded, discoloured or obscured, making the reading hard to read
- Fluid or staining is visible around the gauge body or its connection
- The indicated pressure does not match the boiler's actual operating behaviour
