What it is
The Nuway U90365F is a pair of electrodes intended for use in Nuway oil burners. The electrodes form part of the burner's ignition circuit, providing the spark that lights the fuel-air mixture at start-up. Supplied as a matched pair.
Signs this part needs replacing
- Burner fails to ignite, with no spark at the electrode tips
- Repeated lockouts on start-up despite a healthy oil supply
- Electrode tips visibly eroded, cracked or heavily carboned
- Insulators showing cracking or tracking marks
- Intermittent or weak ignition spark under test
