What it is
The Nuway U90300K is an electrode pair for Nuway oil burners. The electrodes provide the ignition spark at the burner nozzle to light the oil and air mixture. This pair is listed for use across several Nuway C, Nol and Zl oil burner models.
Signs this part needs replacing
- Oil burner fails to ignite or locks out
- No visible spark at the electrode tips during startup
- Electrode tips are worn, pitted or heavily carbonised
- Ceramic insulators are cracked, chipped or contaminated
- Spark tracks to earth instead of across the electrode gap

- Confirm the existing burner uses a two-electrode ignition set and that the electrodes are a pair.
- Inspect electrode holders, leads and ceramic insulators for damage that may also need attention.
- Isolate the electrical supply and oil supply before removing or fitting burner electrodes.
