What it is
A 450mm gas-appliance thermocouple cross-referenced to the Baxi Bermuda back boiler and fire range, supplied without the M10 tip-thread suffix carried by T62-450/M10. Check the tip thread on your existing part before ordering, as both variants are stocked under this length.
Signs this part needs replacing
- Pilot light won't stay alight, or goes out as soon as the control knob is released
- The pilot button needs holding in for longer than normal before the flame stays lit
- Visible corrosion, discolouration or a kinked lead on the probe
- The gas valve won't open even though the pilot is burning correctly
