What it is
The Robinson Willey SP991862 is a firebox assembly produced by Robinson Willey for use in its gas fire appliances. It forms the combustion chamber housing into which the burner and heat exchanger components sit, so it is supplied as a complete assembly rather than as loose panels. The part is listed under fire spares for the servicing and repair of Robinson Willey fires.
Before you order
- Confirm SP991862 matches the part number on your existing firebox or in the appliance documentation before ordering.
- Check the appliance data badge for the model and gas type so the correct firebox variant is selected.
- Inspect the surrounding components — burner, seals and fixings — for condition, since these are not part of the firebox assembly itself.
- Gas work on the firebox must be carried out by a competent, registered engineer.
