What it is
The TRIA SP223118 Burner Mounting Flange is a Trianco mounting flange that secures the burner assembly to the boiler shell. It is used on Trianco Eurostar Premier Condensing and Eurotrader Premier Condensing models. The flange forms the mating face between the burner and the appliance, holding the burner in correct alignment.
Signs this part needs replacing
- Combustion gases or soot staining around the burner mounting face
- Visible corrosion, pitting or scaling on the flange face
- Distortion or warping of the flange, giving a poor seal to the burner
- Burner sitting off-centre or loose against the boiler shell
- Repeated gasket failure at the burner joint
