The Robinson Willey SP03/23401/0 is an ignition lead assembly — the electrode lead that carries the spark used to ignite the burner. It is supplied by Glen Dimplex (GDC), owner of the Robinson Willey brand, and supersedes the earlier part number 993132/SP993132.
