What it is
This is an NTC wire with a 750 mm lead, supplied under the Valor brand for use on Valor boilers. The NTC (negative temperature coefficient) element is a temperature-sensing component: its resistance changes with temperature, and the boiler's control board reads that signal to monitor the circuit it is fitted to. It is supplied as a spare part for servicing and repair work.
