What it is

The Glow-worm thermostat, identified by Ranco part number CL6-P0102-000 and Glow-worm SKU SFF2130, is a boiler thermostat. It is used in Glow-worm Space Saver 30, 40 and 50 BF/CF MKII appliances to control boiler temperature. It is listed under thermostats for Glow-worm gas boiler spares.

Signs this part needs replacing

  • The boiler does not respond when the thermostat is adjusted.
  • Heating remains on after the set temperature is reached.
  • The boiler short-cycles or cycles more often than normal.
  • Temperature control is erratic, or the boiler fails to fire on a call for heat.

Before you order

  • Confirm the appliance is one of the Glow-worm Space Saver 30, 40 or 50 BF/CF MKII variants listed.
  • Check the existing thermostat is marked with Ranco part number CL6-P0102-000 or Glow-worm SKU SFF2130.
  • Confirm the fault is with the thermostat and not another boiler control or sensor.
  • Check the boiler type (BF or CF) and model size match the fitment list before ordering.
