What it is
The Glow-worm S208737 is a clear silicone tube measuring 40mm, used on the air pressure switch circuit of a range of Glow-worm appliances. It forms the flexible connection between the pressure switch and the fan or flue sensing point, carrying the pressure signal that proves airflow before the boiler fires. Silicone construction keeps the tube flexible and stable where heat and repeated flexing would harden ordinary tubing.

- The tube has collapsed or kinked, restricting the pressure signal to the switch
- The tube has come loose or no longer grips the switch or fan spigot
