What it is
The Glow-worm S203516 is a gas injector of the Johnson 7215 type, fitted to Glow-worm Express appliances. It sits at the burner inlet and meters the gas supply so the burner receives the correct volume and pressure for clean combustion. The injector orifice is a precision component, so it is replaced as a complete unit rather than cleaned or reamed.

- Flame picture is weak, uneven or lifting away from the burner ports.
- Sooting or discolouration appears around the burner or on the heat exchanger.
