What it is
The Glow-worm S202629 is a Derlite ignition electrode for Glow-worm Micron 120FF and Ultimate 120FF gas boilers, and for the equivalent Saunier Duval Xeon 100 120FF. It sits in the combustion chamber and provides the spark that lights the burner when the boiler calls for heat. It is a serviceable component, replaced when the spark path breaks down or the electrode has eroded.

- Boiler fails to ignite and goes to lockout
- No visible spark at the electrode when the boiler calls for heat
- Electrode tip eroded, pitted or heavily carboned
- Cracked or discoloured ceramic insulator
- Intermittent ignition, or repeated ignition attempts before the burner lights
