What it is

The Broag S103275 is a gas control valve (multi block VR425) with a 1 1/4" connection and a 5-section configuration. It is used on Broag commercial gas boilers in the GAS 320 ACE and GAS 620 ACE ranges. The valve regulates the gas supply to the burner, opening, closing and modulating flow in response to demand from the boiler controls.

Signs this part needs replacing

  • Boiler fails to ignite or locks out repeatedly.
  • No gas flow to the burner despite a call for heat.
  • Unstable or intermittent flame during operation.
  • The valve does not respond to modulation signals from the boiler controls.
