What it is
The flue gas measuring point cap is a screw cap that seals the flue gas measuring port on Broag Commercial ACE series boilers. It is a Broag Commercial spare part, supplied as a set of two caps. Once fitted, it closes the measuring point so the flue path is sealed after combustion readings have been taken.

- The cap is missing from the flue gas measuring point after servicing
- The cap will not tighten or hold, indicating damaged threads
- The cap is corroded, cracked or deformed
- Combustion readings show leakage at the measuring point
