Broag Back Cover Right S103090

The BACK COVER RIGHT is a casing panel for Broag Commercial gas boilers, supplied under part number S103090. It forms the right-hand rear closure of the appliance casing on GAS 320 ACE and GAS 620 ACE models. Its role is to shield the rear of the boiler, protect internal components from dust and accidental contact, and maintain the correct flue and ventilation path through the casing.

• Visible corrosion, rust staining or perforation along the panel edges
• Impact damage or distortion that prevents the panel sitting flush against the casing frame
• Missing or elongated fixing holes, so the panel cannot be secured correctly
• Panel removed for access and found cracked or bent on refitting
• Gaps at the rear casing that compromise the enclosure around internal components

• Confirm the appliance model and output from the data plate before ordering
• Check that the failed panel is the right-hand rear cover and not the left-hand equivalent
• Inspect the casing fixings and seals, as these may also need attention during the same visit
• Retain the original panel until the new one is offered up, to compare mounting points
