Broag Insulation Inspection Hatch Heat Exchanger 5 Sections S100668

The Broag Insulation Inspection Hatch is the insulated front plate that covers the heat exchanger on Broag Commercial GAS 320 ACE and GAS 620 ACE boilers. It is listed for the five-section heat exchanger and provides the removable inspection access point on the front of the exchanger. Its role is to retain heat within the exchanger body and allow the sections to be inspected when the hatch is removed.

• The insulation face is cracked, crumbling, compressed or otherwise breaking down
• The plate no longer sits flat against the heat exchanger front, leaving gaps at the edges

• The access hatch is warped, corroded or cannot be secured correctly after inspection
