EOGB A2L65C-9704 4P Pump B30A Twin Nozzle

The A2L65C-9704 is a 4P oil pump with a B30A twin nozzle configuration, manufactured by EOGB under the Suntec model range. It forms part of the oil supply and atomisation circuit on the appliance it is fitted to, delivering fuel to the burner at the pressure and flow characteristics the boiler requires. The pump is supplied as a complete unit for installation on compatible EOGB Suntec boilers.

• The burner locks out shortly after start-up or fails to establish a flame.
• Pump pressure cannot be set or held steady when checked at the pressure gauge port.
• The pump body, shaft seal or solenoid area shows visible oil weeping or staining.
• Nozzle pressure is erratic, causing unstable combustion, sooting or a fluctuating flame.
• The pump is noisy in operation, indicating internal wear or air being drawn in.

• Confirm the pump model and part number on the existing unit match A2L65C-9704.
• Check that the appliance is an EOGB Suntec unit and that a twin nozzle B30A arrangement is what is currently fitted.
