What it is
A roll-out protection thermostat fitted to the Johnson & Starley STATE SCE and SCT range of gas boilers. It is a safety device that senses abnormal heat at the burner enclosure and shuts the burner down if combustion gases "roll out" instead of passing correctly through the flue.
