What it is
The REGXA5 is a replacement filter for the Regin REGXA1 analyser. It sits in the sample path of the instrument and is manufactured by Regin. The filter protects the analyser's internal sensing components from particulates drawn in with the flue gas sample.
Signs this part needs replacing
- The analyser responds slowly or takes longer to settle on a reading
- Visible soiling, discolouration or moisture in the filter element
- Erratic or inconsistent readings during a combustion test
- Reduced sample flow through the instrument
- The filter has been in service through repeated flue gas testing
