What it is
The Regin REGQ159 is an anti-surge glass fuse with a 20mm body and a 1.25A current rating. It protects the electrical circuit of Regin controls and consumable components by breaking the supply when the current exceeds the rated value. Supplied in a pack of three.
Signs this part needs replacing
- The appliance has no power and the fuse element is visibly broken or missing
- The glass body is darkened, scorched or clouded
- A continuity test across the fuse reads open circuit
- A replacement fuse blows again as soon as power is restored
