What it is
The Regin REGO116 is a flared 10 mm union with a 3/8" BSPT threaded connection and one nut. It connects 10 mm flared pipework to a 3/8" BSPT port on Regin oil equipment and consumables. The union is tightened to seal the flared pipe end against the mating seat.
Signs this part needs replacing
- Oil weeping or a visible leak at the union joint
- The nut is seized, rounded or will not tighten
- A damaged or deformed flare on the pipe end
- Cross-threaded or corroded 3/8" BSPT thread
- Oil residue or staining around the connection
