What it is

The Regin REGB10 is a standard tube cutter from Regin Tools, used to cut pipework cleanly and squarely on site. It is a hand tool intended for everyday cutting of small-bore tube during heating and plumbing work. It forms part of the Regin Tools range of trade essentials.

Signs this part needs replacing

  • The cutting wheel is blunt, chipped or no longer scores the tube cleanly.
  • The cutter slips or jumps off the tube instead of tracking around it.
  • Cuts are no longer square, leaving an angled or burred end that will not seat properly.
  • The feed screw or roller is stiff, seized or will not hold the tube firmly.
  • Excessive force is needed to complete a cut that the tool previously managed easily.
