What it is
The 3008964 is Riello's genuine 150W burner motor, fitted to RDB3.2 and RDB4.2 oil burners. It drives the combustion fan and, via the drive coupling, the oil pump.
Signs this part needs replacing
- Burner fails to start or the fan does not spin on a call for heat
- Motor hums but does not turn, or trips on overload
- Unusual bearing whine or grinding from the motor
- Burner locks out on start-up through lack of air or fuel delivery
