What it is
The 3020437 needle valve is a genuine Riello burner spares component (MPN RBS10) that opens and closes to regulate the flow of fuel through the oil pump to the combustion chamber. It is the current version of the earlier 3006925 part.
Signs this part needs replacing
- Burner fails to shut off fuel flow cleanly at the end of a firing cycle
- Delayed or erratic ignition
- Oil dripping from the nozzle after the burner stops
