What it is
A 2-way open/close ball valve made by Belimo, DN15 with a Rp½" internal thread, used for shut-off and on/off control in heating, chilled and hot water systems. The valve body is supplied without an actuator — it is driven by a separately-ordered Belimo rotary actuator.

- Valve won't fully open or close, or leaks past the seat when closed
- Water leaking from the valve body or stem seal
- Actuator moves but no change in flow occurs
- Visible corrosion, scoring or pitting on the ball or housing

- Confirm this is the valve body only — a compatible Belimo rotary actuator is needed and ordered separately

- Isolate and drain the system before removing the old valve
