What it is
The QCT10-6 is a tin-plated copper tube terminal lug from Unicrimp's Q-Crimp range, made to terminate a 10mm² copper conductor onto a 6mm stud or bolt. It is double-annealed copper with an electro-tinned finish and can be fixed by crimping or soldering.
Signs this part needs replacing
- Visible corrosion or green staining on the lug body
- Loose or overheating connection at the stud
- Cracked or deformed barrel from a previous crimp
- Discolouration from heat at the termination point
