What it is
The Altecnic Reflex 800 litre Potable Water Vessel is a potable water expansion vessel with an 800 litre capacity, supplied under part number PV800W. It belongs to the Altecnic Reflex expansion vessel range and is designed to absorb expansion and control pressure variation in potable water systems.
Signs this part needs replacing
- Repeated pressure swings in the potable water system, or a pressure relief valve that discharges frequently.
- Continuous water discharge from the relief valve.
- A vessel that feels waterlogged, indicating the air charge has been lost.
- Visible corrosion, pitting or dampness around the vessel shell or its connections.
- Failure of the internal diaphragm or bladder, allowing water to reach the air side of the vessel.
Before you order
- Confirm that an 800 litre capacity suits the required expansion volume of the potable water system.
- Check that the vessel is suitable for the potable water system it will serve.
- Verify the available space and access route for an 800 litre vessel.
- Confirm the system's pressure and connection requirements before ordering.
