What it is
The Reflex 140 litre Potable Water Vessel is a diaphragm expansion vessel manufactured by Altecnic and supplied under the Reflex name. It absorbs the expansion of heated potable water within a sealed system, limiting the pressure rise that occurs as the stored water heats. This protects other components in the installation, such as the cylinder and the pressure relief valve, from repeated high-pressure operation.
