What it is
The PRW025 is a 10AX 1 gang intermediate plate switch from Click Scolmore's Polar range, used alongside two-way switches to control a lighting circuit from three or more locations, and interchangeable with the manufacturer's MiniGrid modules.

- Rocker feels loose, sticks, or no longer clicks positively
- Lights fail to switch reliably from this position while other switches on the circuit still work
- Plate is cracked, discoloured or shows heat marks
- Scorching or pitting visible around the terminals when the accessory is removed
