What it is
The Nuway P25157V is a 135 mm diffuser intended for use in Nuway NGN-series gas burners. The diffuser sits in the combustion path and distributes the gas and air mixture across the burner head for a stable flame. It is listed under part number P25157V as a gas boiler/burner spare.
Signs this part needs replacing
- Flame lift-off from the burner head, or an unstable, fluctuating flame pattern
- Yellow or sooty flame with visible deposits forming on the burner or heat exchanger
- Visible heat damage, distortion, cracking or corrosion on the diffuser surface
- Repeated burner lockouts or poor combustion readings that persist after servicing
Before you order
- Confirm the burner model is an NGN15 or NGN25 before ordering
- Check the existing diffuser size against the 135 mm stated for this part
- Compare the part number P25157V against the marking on the component being replaced
- Combustion-critical parts should be fitted and commissioned by a competent gas engineer
