What it is
The P04200Z is a genuine Nu-Way left-hand (L/H) electrode, reference A4-1765, made by Nu-Way (part of the Enertech Group), a UK burner manufacturer. Burner electrodes are either ignition electrodes, which create the spark that starts combustion, or flame-sensing electrodes, which detect whether a flame is present so the burner control can call for re-ignition if it isn't.
