What it is
The OMU25134SL-PX is a Masterplug Pro-XT open cable reel built for trade use, with 25m of cable, 4 shuttered sockets, an integrated power switch, LED power indicator and a safety thermal cut-out that protects against overheating when the reel is left fully or partly wound.
Signs this part needs replacing
- Thermal cut-out tripping repeatedly even when fully unwound
- Cracked casing, drum or socket covers
- Socket shutters not springing back into place
- Cable insulation damaged, nicked or exposed
- Plug or sockets discoloured or warm to the touch after use
Before you order
- Always fully unwind the reel before connecting loads above 720W, to avoid overheating
- Check your total connected load doesn't exceed the wound/unwound rating above
