What it is
The BG NBS65-01 is a single faceplate combining a satellite (SAT) socket and a TV/FM co-axial outlet, part of BG's Nexus Metal brushed steel range. It lets a satellite receiver and a TV/aerial point share one wall plate.
Signs this part needs replacing
- Poor or intermittent satellite or TV signal despite good cable, dish or aerial
- Visible looseness of the co-axial connector or the socket plate
- Cracking, discolouration or corrosion on the plate
Before you order
- Match the exact configuration (combined satellite + co-axial, 1 gang) before ordering
- Isolate the relevant circuit only if rewiring, not for a straight faceplate swap
- Check the co-axial/F-connector fittings match your existing cabling
