What it is
The BG NBS64-01 is a single-gang satellite-only connection socket for a satellite receiver, part of BG's Nexus Metal brushed steel range. Unlike the NBS65-01, it does not carry a separate TV/FM co-axial outlet.
Signs this part needs replacing
- Poor or no satellite signal despite a good dish and cable
- Loose F-connector fitting or a socket plate that no longer sits flush
- Physical damage, cracking or corrosion on the plate
Before you order
- Confirm the configuration is satellite-only (1 gang), not the combined satellite + co-axial NBS65-01
- Isolate the relevant circuit only if rewiring, not for a straight faceplate swap
- Check the F-connector fitting matches your existing cabling
