What it is
A genuine Widney replacement front cover for the Modena gas fire, sold by Arleigh (Hanicks code N145/BB) in a black finish. It restores the original appearance of the fire's front panel.
Signs this part needs replacing
- Cracked, discoloured or warped cover
- Heat damage or scorching on the panel
- Missing or damaged fixings, so the cover doesn't sit flush
- Cover no longer matches a repainted or refurbished fire surround
Before you order
- Confirm your fire is a Widney Modena and check the existing cover's finish and fixing points
- This is a cosmetic panel; isolating the gas fire before removal is still good practice
