What it is
The Nuway N02049E is a diffuser assembly intended for use in Nuway oil burners. It forms part of the burner's combustion head, where it shapes the airflow around the nozzle to support a stable, well-defined flame. It is listed for the NOL6 and NOL9 oil burner models.
Signs this part needs replacing
- Visible cracking, distortion or erosion of the diffuser surfaces
- Heavy carbon or soot build-up that cannot be cleaned back to clean metal
- Unstable or poorly shaped flame at the burner head after servicing
- Combustion readings that cannot be brought into specification by normal setting up
Before you order
- Confirm the burner model is NOL6 or NOL9, as listed for this diffuser assembly
- Check the existing diffuser against part number N02049E before ordering
- Inspect the nozzle and combustion head at the same time, since diffuser condition and flame quality are linked
