Morco Products Spark Electrode MCB2145

The SPARK ELECTRODE is an ignition component manufactured by Morco Products for their FEB-24E family of LPG boilers. It provides the spark that lights the burner on demand, forming part of the boiler's ignition circuit. It is supplied under the Morco part number MCB2145.

• The boiler calls for heat but the burner fails to light, with no spark at the electrode.
• Repeated ignition lockouts or failed ignition attempts on start-up.
• Visible erosion, cracking or contamination of the electrode tip or its ceramic insulator.
• The spark tracks to earth or arcs away from the burner instead of across the ignition gap.
