What it is
This is a plastic pipe leading bend from ProWarm, used on underfloor heating installations to support and guide 10-12mm pipe between the manifold and the point it enters the floor. It allows a tighter, more rigid 90-degree bend than an unsupported pipe would safely permit.
Signs this part needs replacing
- Pipe is kinked or flattened at the bend, restricting flow
- Existing bend support is cracked, split or has come away from the pipe
- Sagging or deformation of the pipe run near the manifold
