What it is
This is an Atom Danger Safety Warning "Do Not Use" label, with additional Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations (GSR) fields, used to identify an appliance or installation classed as unsafe. It complies with the Gas Industry Unsafe Situations Procedure (IGEM/G/11), which requires that any part of an appliance or installation identified as 'At Risk' or 'Immediately Dangerous' is not used until the situation is resolved.
