What it is
The Biasi KI1064505 is a set of natural gas injectors with gaskets, sized 130, for Biasi gas boilers. The injectors meter gas into the burner to produce the correct flame for natural gas (G20) appliances. This version applies from boiler serial number N227460300.
Signs this part needs replacing
- Burner flames uneven, lazy or lifting away from the burner
- Yellow or sooty flame instead of a clean blue flame
- Sooting or blackening around the burner or heat exchanger
- Combustion readings outside the manufacturer's specified range
- Rough ignition, delayed lighting or repeated lockouts
Before you order
- Check the boiler serial number — this injector set applies from N227460300
- Confirm the appliance is natural gas (G20) and not LPG
- Confirm the size marked on the existing injectors is 130
- Match your boiler model against the fitment list above
