What it is
The Biasi KI1001128 is an O-ring gasket measuring 9.25mm x 1.78mm, used to seal the NTC probe on Biasi gas boilers. It sits at the probe fitting to stop water escaping from the sealed circuit around the sensor. It is a small, low-cost sealing component that is replaced as part of NTC probe service or repair work.

- Water weeping or dampness around the NTC probe fitting
- Corrosion or limescale staining at the probe seat
- The O-ring is flattened, cracked or hardened when removed
- Erratic temperature readings where moisture has reached the probe connection
